When a fare on one of your bookings drops, we contact the airline as your authorized representative and get you the lower price on the same flights. Your seats and confirmation number don't change. The savings come back as a refund or airline credit depending on your fare, and we send you the receipt.

What can AutoAssist actually do?
One thing, really well: get you the refund on the exact flights and class you already booked. Same seats, same plans, same confirmation number. It won't cancel, rebook you onto different flights, or spend your money.
Do I have to use it?
Nope. Leave it off and, when there's money to get, we hand you a ready-to-send message or single button and you do the honors. Most members switch it on after doing it manually once.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra, on any plan. When AutoAssist recovers money for you, our usual share applies: 15% of a credit, 20% of cash, or, you can subscribe to Pro and our commission drops to a flat 10%. Recoveries under $20 are free, as a gift to you, and nothing is ever charged when we recover nothing.
How do I turn it off?
The same switch, any time. Turning it off stops AutoAssist right away and changes nothing about your bookings. You can still complete refunds with one click and a quick chat on the airline's website.
